Payment Terms
Custom bespoke orders require a 50% deposit upon fabric cutting. The remaining balance is payable upon final garment delivery.

Custom Garment Policy
Because custom garments are cut to individual anatomical dimensions with personalized monograms, monetary refunds are not provided once cutting commences. Our 30-Day Perfect Fit Guarantee covers all alterations free of charge.

Data Privacy Pledge
In compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection, we never sell or share client information with third parties. Personal data is used solely to process orders and fittings.
